Just after 1 this morning TWFD was dispatched to Terravale Court in the Village of Cochrans Crossing for a reported house fire. Engine 102 and Batt 101 arrived first and Bat 101 reported fire venting from a window on the 2nd floor of a two story home extending to the attic. Two residents had safely evacuated prior to our arrival. Firefighters made an offensive attack and were able to quickly knock down the fire, bringing it under control in less than 10 minutes. Crews then worked on salvage and overhaul. Fire damage was confined to two rooms with light smoke and fire control damage to the rest of the house.
